Our Beginning

Ambrosial Developers is a family business enterprise with a rich history spanning over six decades. The Merchant family, renowned owners of a Petrol Pump at Mazgaon, Shalimar Footwear and Bags in Santacruz, and National Decorators, laid the foundation of our legacy. However, the third generation sought to chart a new course, shifting focus to the construction industry. In 1999 – 2000, the family ceased all other activities to fully commit to this venture, leveraging their existing goodwill.

Given their history as property owners, the transition was natural, and the family possessed the essential resources for construction. The journey began humbly with the development of a commercial building at Saki Naka Andheri (East), which was independently purchased by New India Assurance Co.Ltd. on completion.

Subsequently, Ambrosial Developers embarked on prestigious residential projects like ‘Spring Time’, a premium building in Santacruz (East). Phase by phase, the project reached completion, with Occupation Certificates issued by the MCGM in 2003 and 2005 respectively.

Ambrosial Developers have remained unwavering in its dedication to its core values of integrity, transparency, timely delivery and responsibility towards its stakeholders. 

The company’s perseverance has paid off leading to the successful completion and handover of new flats to society members, symbolizing a triumph over adversity. Ambrosial Developers has continued to soar, completing numerous redevelopment projects with unwavering commitment, embodying the spirit of resilience, integrity, and community empowerment.
